We love eating rice rolls. Our friend told us about this place and we knew we had to visit. We came around 530pm. Still plenty of seats. They have a QR code or paper menu. The decor is very simple here and it can be tight. After you order, they print out your items and place it on your table. You take the same paper to pay at the counter when you cash out. We felt like the rice rolls was soft in texture but overwhelming the entire dish. Not enough stuffing. We ordered a plain for our picky toddler and then realized there's no point because the other dishes had overwhelming rice roll. The porridge we thought was the best dish - a lot of toppings and the perfect amount of savory. Good sized. They have rice dishes that looked good but sold out.

Popped in for dinner last month. We ordered: Dim sum special: 5/5 everything was tasty! Preserved egg and pork porridge: 4/5 egg and porridge was good. The sliced ham pieces was ok. Soup b: 4/5 clean broth Beef brisket rice noodle roll: 3/5 this was sweet and the noodle roll wasn't what I expected. We would not reorder this. Chinese donut: 4/5 not oily at all! Chicken feet: kids liked it Special spare rib rice: 4/5 very good! Sponge bun 5/5 excellent!

We stumbled upon this spot on a rainy day, such a perfect congee spot. We ordered the XO turnip cakes, gailan and their signature congees. Keep in mind some of the congees have liver. The interior is not very large, max 30-48 ish people capacity. They don't use any formal waitlist but the queue was very efficient with just two aunties on staff Our congee was excellent and so was the gailan --- the turnip cakes was also pretty epic

Came here on a Thursday night and it was pretty slow. There was maybe 3-4 other parties, so it was quiet. You order on your phone and food comes out pretty quick. Their rice rolls here is sooooo thin and delicious. Definitely coming back here for the rice rolls. Everything else was pretty good, but nothing super stand out-iish. Their thousand year old egg porridge had a lotttt of egg, which I love, since most places don't give you a whole lot.

The House Special Beef Brisket exceeded our expectations 100+++!! It was tender, flavorful, had all the right spices like star anise. It basically melted in my mouth. This is probably one of the best beef brisket I've had in a long while. Its too bad the dish is so small. I'd buy 3 of those and slap some noodles on top and it'll be the ULTIMATE beef brisket noodle dish. Yum. The plain noodles were fresh and so silky. It went well with the sauce. The turnip cake was also freshly made, tender inside and crispy on the outside just the way it should be. This dish reminded me of my Grandma.

Highlights: & Open on Thanksgiving Day & No frills ambiance & Delicious food, esp. congee & Asian standard for service Service: This is a more authentic Asian restaurant, so the service is calibrated to the standard of service for Asia. They don't proactively check to ask how you're doing every ten minutes. But if you wave them, they come over when they can. With that calibration in mind, I thought the service was good considering that they were being overrun with customers as Thanksgiving progressed. Parking: Easy, there's a big lot outside. It's shared by other establishments, but I can't imagine parking spots not being available. The lot was relatively big.

Comforting bowl of porridge. Good consistency. Perfect with chinese donut. Both the sampan and the preserved egg and pork porridge were great. I'd get them again. The rice noodle rolls were good, tender and soft. The shrimp rice noodle roll was large and meaty. The beef brisket rice noodle roll was stewed nice and tender, with good tendon pieces. The turnip cake with xo sauce was fine. The interior chairs feel a bit beat up. Order from a QR menu.
